Mannix tries to get some money off David, threatening to blackmail him with the fact that David provided painkillers to Mannix eighteen months ago. David decides the time for cover-ups is over and confesses to Karl.

Terese wakes up and asks to see Paul to thank him for helping arrange the specialist. Paul makes a complete confession to Terese about everything he and Leo did. To Piper’s surprise, instead of making a pitch for Terese - he begs Terese to give Leo another chance.
