Expect lots of drama in July, especially thanks to new series on BBC (In The Dark) and Channel 5  (Bull). The Leftovers (Sky Atlantic) will return for its final season, whilst 5USA will see a supernatural drama (Midnight Texas) air.

04 July The third and final series of The Leftovers has arrived. As the Garvey and Murphy families come together, they have to desperately grasp for an explanation of the Sudden Departure, an event which saw 2 percent of the world population disappear. Many survivors seven years on, believe the apocalypse is close.

11 July A detective is drawn into her most personal and testing cases to date. Helen Weeks returns to her hometown after a husband of an ex-school friend is accused of abduction. In The Dark will see Helen dug into Manchester's  dark criminal underground. Did she ever really know her closest friends at all? All her relationships will be put to the test in this four-part drama.

18 July Drama inspired by the career of TV therapist Dr Phil McGraw. Bull follows the puppet master as he combines high tech data, human intuition and combines psychology. He aims to quickly learn what annoys, hurts and satisfies the accused, attorneys, jurors and witnesses.

27 July Imagine seeing a normal person and thinking it was strange. Midnight, Texas shows a remote Texas town where you can't judge nobody from their outlay. The people of this town are hitmen, witches and even vampires. As outside clangs begin to become suspicious, the town's population must rally together and form a very unlikely alliance.
